Rohit Kumar Singh, former Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs, has been appointed to the Board of Governors (Eminent Persons Category) by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI). He is former 1989 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre.
