Vivek Chaturvedi, currently Principal Director General, Directorate General of Vigilance and CVO, CBIC, has been appointed as Member, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). The ACC has approved the proposal. He is a 1990 batch IRS (C&IT) officer.
