Kapil Goyal, Chief Officer, Cantonment Beard, Delhi, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director General in Directorate General of Defence Estates, Delhi Cantt and Robin Baleja, Deputy Director General in the Directorate General Defence Estates, Delhi Cantt, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Delhi.
