Sonia Narang IPS, appointed as IG, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)

Ms Sonia Narang has been appointed as IG, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) until her tenure i.e. up to April 6, 2026 by temporarily upgrading the vacant post of DIG to the level of IG in CISF. She is a 2002 batch IPS officer of Karnataka cadre.
