Rakesh Tyagi, who is presently serving as Chief Personnel Officer (T&C), Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel) as Executive Director (HR) at the Corporate Office, New Delhi, for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
