GHOPAL RAMESH IAS APPOINTED JOINT SECRETARY,DEPARTMENT OF HOME

2012 batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre, Ghopal Ramesh has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Dept of Home and also given the addl charge of Disaster Management.
