ASHWANI KUMAR IAS APPOINTED CHIEF SECRETARY OF PUDUCHERRY

1992 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, Ashwani Kumar, presently in GNCTD has been appointed as new Chief Secretary of Puducherry.
