ACC APPROVES APPOINTMENTS OF CVO’S

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following appointments of Chief
Vigilance Officers (CVOs):
1.  Vidyasagar Koppolu, IFoS (UK:1996) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) (JS level) in
National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDC), Hyderabad under the Ministry of
Steel for a period of 3 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Smt Usha
Chandrasekhar, IPoS (1983.
2.  Aditya Kumar Joshi, IFoS (MT:1989) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) (JS level) in Air
India Limited (AIL), Delhi under the Ministry of Civil Aviation for a combined tenure of 7 years i.e,
upto 31.072019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Smt S.S. Pujari, IDES (1980).
3. Ajay Mishra, IDAS (1992) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) (JS level) in Housing and Urban
Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), Delhi under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs
for a period of 3 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri P.R.K. Naidu, IPS
(JH:1987).
4. A James Kurian, IFoS (AGMUT:1987) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) (JS level) in Steel
Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Delhi under the Ministry of Steel for a period of 3 years or until
further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri S.K. Singh, lAS (JH:1991).
5. Mamta Sanjeev Dubey, IFoS (UP:1986) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) (JS level) in
Indian Railway Construction Company Limited (IRCON), Delhi, under the Ministry of Railways for
a period of 3 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri Satish Tandon, ITS
(1983).
6. Sir Singh Negi, IDAS (1994) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) (JS level) in Minerals and
Metals Trading Corporation Limited (MMTC), Delhi under the Ministry of Commerce for a period
of 3 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri S.R. Bhoosreddy, lAS (UP:1989).
