Rajesh Kumar IAS appointed as the next Chief Secretary of Maharashtra.

the Maharashtra government on Monday (30.06.2025) appointed the seniormost IAS officer in the state cadre, Rajesh Kumar (IAS:1988:MH), as the next Chief Secretary. He will assume charge later this evening, following the retirement of incumbent CS Sujata Saunik (IAS:1987:MH).
