Pushpa Subrahmanyam IAS elevated to Special Secretary post ,Ministry of Textiles

1985 batch IAS officer of Telangana cadre, Pushpa Subrahmanyam, presently posted as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Textiles has been upgraded to the level of Special Secretary.
