PASSING OUT OF DANIPS (Prob.) BATCH No. 14
New Delhi: 14th Batch of DANIPS (Prob.) officers having 07 DANIPS officers passed out on 27.06.2016 from Police Training College, Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi. They took the oath in a splendid ceremonious parade. It was a moment of pride and accomplishment for them after completion of their intensive year long basic training programme. Sh. Alok Kumar Verma, Commissioner of Police, Delhi took the salute of the marching contingents.
After reviewing the parade Sh. Alok Kumar Verma, Commissioner of Police, Delhi called upon them to serve the society in impartial way and urged them to enforce law in letter and spirit. He emphasized upon proactive role of police in protecting the weaker sections of society and public friendly policing.
Training of highest standard was provided to this batch by embarking on path of the best practices in Indoor training such as use of E modules, Law, Human Behaviour, Simulated Crime Scene Investigation, Cyber-Crime Investigation, Moot Courts and application of scientific aids. They have also been trained in practical police working.
In outdoor training, they were trained in handling of weapons, vehicle driving, firing practices. Special emphasis was on unarmed combat and physical fitness. They were trained to use the latest weapons.
After reviewing the spectacular march past, Chief Guest awarded the trophies to the winners. DANIPS Officer Sh. Aditya Gautam was declared “All Round Best” trainee of this batch.
At last, the chief guest congratulated the young officers on successful completion of their training and hoped that they will always remain ahead of the time by improving their professional skills in use of latest technology and scientific aids.
