ON RUN NARAYAN SAI ARRESTED FROM PUNJAB BORDER IN A JOINT OPERATION CONDUCTED BY GUJARAT ,PUNJAB AND DELHI POLICE.

New Delhi: Delhi court granted 24-hour transit remand of Narayan Sai, son of self-styled godman Asaram Bapu, on Wednesday along with two others to Gujarat police in the alleged rape case. Narayan Sai, who was arrested on Wednesday from the Punjab border after evading the law for nearly months, said that he was being framed in false cases.

“I am being framed, “Sai told his supporters when he arrived at the Ambedkar hospital for medical examination in the national capital from Punjab. He will be produced in a Delhi court shortly and then taken to Surat for interrogation. However, hundreds of people gathered outside the Rohini Court where Sai is to be produced shortly and protested against him.

In a major breakthrough, the Gujarat and Delhi Police early this morning arrested Narayan Sai from the Punjab border where he was hiding with his close aides.

Sai was arrested in a joint operation by the Gujarat, Punjab and Delhi Police. He was then taken to Delhi for interrogation.
