In ‘My Experiments with Unleashing People Power’, Prof Sinha elucidates how human capital has become the key component for survival and success. Unleashing the people power in the organisation thus becomes imperative to achieve business success.

The book creates a rich and colourful tapestry  of the Human Resources function, weaving together diverse concepts, ideas,  strategic initiatives, practical techniques and tips, and “how we did it” stories into a grand design of an HR Model which was implemented successfully in the Maharatna public sector undertaking, the NTPC Ltd.  Written in engaging story telling  style and richly interwoven with personal and professional anecdotes, it provides a well-structured account of the evolution of the HR profession in India from the early days of labour and welfare office to the developmental discipline it is today.
