Gujarat Govt. grants proforma promotion to 3 IPS officers to the grade of DGP

The Gujarat government on Friday (February 12) granted proforma promotions to three IPS officers to the grade of DGP, two from the 1988
batch and one from 1989 batch, who are currently on central deputation.

They are :

  1. Atul Karwal (IPS:1988:GJ)
  2. Praveen Sinha (IPS:1988:GJ)
  3. Vivek Srivastava (IPS:1989:GJ)
