West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee says, “Each Durga Puja committee in West Bengal will now receive Rs 1.10 Lakhs as Grant Fund from West Bengal government. We are also announcing an 85% concession in electricity bills for the Puja Committees.”
