WILL UP SCENARIO CHANGE OVERNIGHT IF THE OFFICERS WORK 18 HOURS – A BIG QUESTION ??

UP chief minister Adityanath Yogi citing his stand that he is a workaholic and only those officers who can work 18-20 hours can match him and those who are not ready are free to make their way ,”will this actually change Uttar Pradesh scenario overnite is a big question”.

Speaking at his home turf Gorakhpur CM Adityanath Yogi said “The state government will not tolerate any laxity in implementation of its schemes. Officers willing to work 18-20 hours a day can continue with the government or else, they are free to leave,”

As a matter of fact a healthy person requires at-least 7-8 hours of sound sleep to perform at his maximum, will this rule not make the officers over-stressed and in turn a bad performance as they will start taking leaves citing ill health in coming times.So such an order coming from Chief Minister will have its side effects too which may be visible in coming days as overstretched hours may impact health and the need to take sick leave may arise.
