WANTED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED
The staff of Police Station Tilak Nagar, West District have done a good work by arresting a wanted criminal (PO) namely Paramjeet Singh who was wanted in complaint case No.906/1, u/s 138 NI Act, Dt. 14.10.11 , PS Tilak Nagar
NAME & PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON
Paramjeet Singh S/o Sh. Sheetal Singh @ Inderpreet Singh R/o DDA Colony, Choukhandi, Tilak Nagar, Delhi, age 28 years.
BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE
Sh. Balbir Singh R/o Tilak Nagar has filed a complaint case in court against Accused Paramjit Singh S/o Seetal Singh R/o B-520/521, DDA Colony, Choukhandi, Tilak Nagar, Delhi u/s 138 NI Act alleged that accused has given him a bank Cheque of rupees 8.37 lac but the same was dishonored by bank. During enquiry the Hon’ble court had sent notices to accused but he did not appear before court and to avoid his arrest he left for England. After due proceeding Hon’ble court of Sh Satvir Singh Lamba, MM Tis Hazari Court Delhi declared him as proclaimed absconder in this case.
INFORMATION AND OPERATION
Sh. Balbir Singh, complainant has also sent a complaint to Commissioner of Police Delhi along with the PO order of Paramjit Singh and the same was sent to PS Tilak Nagar for action. A team under the supervision of Inspr. Jitender Kumar, SHO Tilak Nagar, HC Deep Chand No. 1806/W and Ct Rakesh No. 3349/W was constituted to apprehend the Proclaim absconder.
On 27.02.12, a secret information was received to HC Deepchand No. 1806/W, that accused Paramjeet, is likely to come in Chaukhandi B Block to meet with his family. On receipt of this information a raid was conducted by the staff of Police station Tilak Nagar and the accused Puran was apprehended at the instance of the informer. Accused disclosed that he came back to India two week ago and never thought that police is so vigilant about him.
The staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.
