New Delhi:Vijay Chhibber has been assigned an additional charge of Chairman, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI),w.e.f.the date of relinquishment of charge by RP Singh on completion of his tenure. He is a 1978 batch IAS officer of MT cadre.
