Abhay Thakur IFS, has been appointed as India’s Ambassador to the Republic of Chad.
Abhay Thakur IFS officer 1992 batch, who is presently posted as India’s Ambassador to Federal Republic of Nigeria has been appointed as India’s Ambassador to the Republic of Chad.
