SPECIAL DIRECTOR CBI ,K SALEEM ALI RETIRES

New Delhi:K Saleem Ali,an IPS officer of 1978 batch Manipur-Tripura cadre currently Special Director CBI, who headed probe in sensitive encounter cases including those relating to the killing of Ishrat Jahan and Sadiq Jamal in Gujarat, today retired after a 35-year long police service.Before joining CBI, he was Director General of Police in Tripura.
