Sixth accused of gangrape case in Delhi declared minor by Juvenile Justice Board

The sixth accused in  December 16 gangrape case and murder of a 23-year-old paramedical student here in delhi was today declared by the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) as a “minor”, which would enable him to walk free by June 4, this year when he attains the age of 18 years.
