Reason to Cheer for HAL shareholders, HAL announces 260% dividend payout for FY 2025-26.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) board of directors, in its meeting held on June 29, 2026, has recommended a substantial final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 for its shareholders.

The HAL board has proposed a final dividend of Rs 13 for every fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs 5. In terms of percentage, this stands at a 260% dividend payout. This dividend will first need formal approval from the shareholders during the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Once approved at the AGM, the dividend money will be credited to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders within 30 days. The company has fixed August 14, 2026, as the ‘Record Date’ to decide which shareholders qualify for this payout.
