Rajasthan govt transfers 17 IPS Officers,Kapil Garg new DGP

Rajasthan govt has transferred 17 IPS Officers. Kapil Garg has been appointed the new Director General of Rajasthan Police. Garg, a 1983 batch officer, who was the chairman of police housing and construction corporation.
