Prashant Kumar IAS officer Jharkhand 2004 batch who is presently posted as Special Secretary of Planning and Finance, Commerce Tax Secretary Government of Jharkhand, has been given Additional charge of the Commerce Tax Commissioner Government of Jharkhand
