NTPC – India’s Most Admired Company in Power Sector

NTPC the largest power generating company in India has emerged as Industry leader in India’s Most Admired Company  in a survey by Hay Group in collaboration with Fortune magazine in India. The listing has been prepared through first of its kind peer ranking methodology. The evaluation criteria in this ranking went beyond the scope of financial soundness by including holistic parameters such as corporate governance, innovation and talent management.

The trophy  to mark this recognition was presented to Shri Arup Roy Choudhury , CMD, NTPC  by Shri Mohnish Sinha, Leadership and Talent Practice Leader for Hay Group South & South East Asia, Pacific & Africa and Shri A. Rabindranath , Director Hay Group India. The recognition marks appreciation of best practices that NTPC has instituted over the years.

The survey was conducted amongst  425 Companies that were shortlisted  as 15 industries
