IAS Ravinder Kumar appointed PS to Ms.Uma Bharti

2011 batch IAS officer of UP cadre, Ravinder Kumar has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for the Drinking Water & Sanitation, Ms. Uma Bharti at the level of Under Secretary.
