Manoj Kumar Singh (IAS:2009:BH) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Raj Kumar Singh, Minister of State (I/C) for Power and New & Renewable Energy for a period of five years.

Currently Manoj Kumar Singh is posted in Delhi as Additional Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhawan.
