Dr Ravi Kant Gupta relieved to join as PS to Railway Minister

Dr Ravi Kant Gupta has been relieved to join as Private Secretary to the Minister for Railways and Commerce and Industry in the Ministry of Railways on deputation basis.

He is an IRS-IT officer.
