Chandrashekhar Nayaka L , 2013 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs Mrs Nirmala Sitharaman in the Ministry of Finance at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of 4 years or on a co-terminus basis.
