CBI ARREST RETIRED JUDGE OF ORISSA HIGH COURT

According to CBI spokesperson, CBI has arrested Sh. I.M.Quddusi  Retd Judge of Orissa High Court and  four private persons i.e. Sh. BP Yadav, Sh.Palash, Sh. Vishwanath Agarwala and Sh. Ram Dev Saraswat in an ongoing investigation of a case. They will be produced today before the Designated Court in Delhi.

Before this CBI had filed FIR against retired HC Judge Ishrat Masroor Quddusi and five others for allegedly conspiring to settle an MCI debarment order against a private medical college.
