New Delhi: With the arrest of five criminals East District has arrested five kidnappers cum extortionist and solved a case of kidnapping. The arrested accused persons are :

 

  1. Anil Kumar Yadav R/o Nihal Vihar, Delhi
  2. Naim  R/o Bas Ka Kalan Distt. Amroha
  3. Bhim R/o Village Palwara Distt. Hapur
  4. Mangli R/o Village Palwara Distt. Hapur
  5. Fakira R/o Vill. Meenapuri, Distt. Amroha.

INCIDENT AND TEAM.

 

On 06/10/2016, a lady complainant R/o Bihari Colony reported about the kidnapping of her son namely Sohal Hasmhi aged 26 yrs. she further stated that her son works as a salesman in a mobile shop at Palika Bazar and went to Hapur (U.P) to borrow money from someone on 05/10/2016.

Immediately a team under the supervision of Insp. Sunil Sharma SHO/Farsh Bazar comprising of Insp. Praveen Kumar, ATO/Farsh Bazar,SI Vijay Baliyan, SI Amit, HC Vinod, HC Ashok, Ct. Chatar Singh and Ct. Vivek under the overall supervision of Shri Surendra Choudhary ACP/Vivek Vihar was constituted. The team collected the manual and technical information know the whereabouts of the victim. During the course of investigation, a ransom call of Rs 10 lacs had been received to release the victim. The call was put on surveillance and team tracked the location of the kidnappers and arrested five kidnappers from village Mohamadpur Palwara Distt. Hapur (U.P) and rescued the victim Sohail safely from their possession.

INTTEROGATION:

During interrogation all the accused persons confessed their involvement in the said incident. They all further stated that they used to lure their targets by giving a floating messages / advertisements in newspapers which offered 25000/- per day for escorting Indian/foreign female clients. When any victim is lured with this advertisement, they fix a meeting and when the victim reached to meet his “ Clients” he was kidnapped. Sohail was also lured with this advertisement and he was asked to come Hapur (U.P) to meet the client and was got kidnapped by the above said gang.

 

RECOVERY

  1. One countrymade pistol.
  2. Two live catridges.
  3. One mobile phone from which ransom call was made.

  2. Naim  R/o Amroha age 27 yrs and is unemployed
  3. Bhim R/o Village Palwara Distt. Hapur age 30 yrs and is unemployed
  4. Mangli  R/o Village Palwara Distt. Hapur age 30 yrs and is a driver by proffesion
  5. Rahisuddin R/o Vill. Meenapuri, Distt. Amroha. Age 45 yrs and is unemployed.
