“MELANGE 2016” ANNUAL CULTURAL EVENT ORGANISED BY INTERNATIONAL POLYTECHNIC FOR WOMEN

Mélange’2016

New Delhi: International Polytechnic for Women (IPW) organized its annual cultural event, ‘Mélange’2016’, at 2:00 pm, on Thursday, the 22nd of September’2016, at SRI SATHYA SAI INTERNATIONAL CENTRE, Pragati Vihar, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
The show was a platform for the students to showcase their creative talent. The event comprised of a beauty pageant, ‘Miss Poly’2016’, as well as an array of cultural programmes, which were adjudged by a panel of well known personalities from the world of arts, fashion and media.

The International Polytechnic for Women (IPW) presented ‘MÉLANGE’2016’with the pride of presenting highly talented students who are all rounders, not only excelling at academics, but are also good at co-curricular activities.
 
 
Around 32 students took part in the ‘Miss Poly’2016’ pageant. The winners of the title were crowned by the esteemed jury members and the Executive Director of IPW, Sanjana Kalra as well as Director, Mr. Kanwaljit Singh.
The title winners were:

II RUNNER UP: Ms. C. Lalengzampuii

INSTITUTE PROFILE
The International Polytechnic for Women was set up by the Educational Society of Professionals and Vocationals, close to four decades ago, with the prime objective of equipping women with various vocational skills. It is a part of the illustrious Sri Sukhmani Group of Institutions, based in New Delhi, Chandigarh and Punjab.
IPW has carved a niche for itself in the areas of Arts & Design, Media, Management and Technology. The institute is recognized by the Board of Technical Education, Govt.of Delhi and approved by A.I.C.T.E., Govt. of India.
The various vocational diploma programs of IPW cater to the growing needs of the relative industries.
 Apart from providing the necessary technical knowledge & vocational skills, the institute also assists in placing the students.IPW alumnae are holding coveted positions in the relative industries, in India and abroad
