PNB DONATES A CHEQUE OF RS.50 LAKHS FOR CYLONE “PHALLIN” AFFECTED PEOPLE

Punjab National Bank handed donated a cheque of Rs. 50 lakh to Chief Minister Relief Fund, Odisha

Shri Rakesh Sethi, Executive Director of Punjab National Bank, handed over a cheque of Rs. 50 lakh, to Sh. Naveen Patnaik, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha to the Chief Minister Relief Fund for the benefit of people affected by Cyclone “Phailin”. The gesture of PNB was duly appreciated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister.

After the event, Sh. Sethi, ED inaugurated a new branch at Baramunda, Bhubaneswar and 24×7 Self Service Area at PNB Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar where the customers will be able to carry out routine transactions viz. cheque deposit, cash withdrawal, cash deposit, passbook updation, internet banking etc. after holding a customers’ meet where he personally met a cross section of bank’s customers from various branches to get a first hand feel of the clientele and their business in Odisha.
