UTTARAKHAND GOVERNMENT TRANSFERS 21 IAS OFFICERS
The Trivendra Singh Rawat-government made its biggest administrative reshuffle on Monday.21 IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Uttarkhand.The charge for Central sponsored schemes, higher education and programme implementation was withdrawn from Chief Secretary S Ramaswamy.1988-batch IAS Radha Raturi has been given additional responsibility of Principal Secretaty Personnel and Vigilance.
ACS Om Prakash has been given the additional charge of ACS Public Works Department and Rajya Sampatti.The charge of secretary personnel, vigilance, and public works department was withdrawn from Arvind Singh Hyanki and he was given the additional charge of forest and environment.
Radhika Jha the secretary to CM has been given additional charge of energy and alternative energy.R Meenakshi Sundaram gets charge of Tourism, religious and culture; Radhika Jha gets charge of Energy and Renewable Energy; Arvind Singh Hayanki gets charge of Forest and Enviornment; Usha Shukla gets charge of Culture; Bageshwar is DM, Rudraprayag; Rajana as DM, Bageshwar, Ashish Joshi as DM, Chamoli and Vinod Kumar was kept on waiting.
The list includes the names of three new district magistrates, whereas departments were withdrawn and additional responsibilities given to the senior administrative officers.Ashish Joshi, who was holding the post of additional secretary planning, minority welfare has been made DM Chamoli. Vinod Kumar Chamoli who was DM Chamoli has been kept in the waiting list. Meanwhile, DM Rudraprayag Ranjana Verma and DM Bageshwar Mangesh Ghildiyal have swapped places.Umakant Panwar was made Principal Secretary Centrally sponsored schemes, project implementation, sports and transport.Commissioner Kumaon D Snethil Pandiyan has been given additional responsibility of secretary agriculture, horticulture and rural engineering.
