UPL Pays Dividend to NTPC

 Shri I.S. Parswal, CEO, Utility Powertech Limited (UPL) presented a final dividend cheque of Rs. 300,00,000 for the year 2012-13, as NTPC share to Shri Arup Roy Choudhury, Chairman & Managing Director, NTPC. Shri N.N. Misra, Director (Operations), Shri B.P. Singh, Director (Projects), Shri U.P. Pani, Director (HR), Shri Thomas Joseph, ED (OS), Shri B.Mukherjee, GM (HR-I/c), Shri K. Sreekant, General Manager (Finance), Shri A.K. Rastogi, Company Secretary from NTPC and senior officials of UPL were also present on the occasion.

 A total dividend of Rs. 500,00,000  each has been paid by UPL to both the promoter companies for the year 2012-13, including the interim dividend paid earlier.

 UPL is a Joint Venture of NTPC engaged in providing O&M support services
