NEW DELHI:Praveer Ranjan, a 1993-batch IPS officer from the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram-Union Territories cadre has refused to take up the job as head of Delhi’s anti-corruption unit.He was handpicked by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
