NGO Tamana honored with Best Institution for Child Development &Welfare by Mrs.Krishna Tirath

The hard work and sincerity for over two decade of Dr Shayama Chona and her NGO Tamana has finally paid off. On Monday the 23rd the institution received the award for the ‘Best Institution for Child Development and Welfare’ by Mrs.Krishna Tirath-Ministry of Women and Child Development at Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi.

“Raising a specially abled child in this stereotype society is not an easy task. This thought rooted the dream of making an environment full of love and support for these children and Tamana whole heartedly is following the path to cater the need and requirement of them all”, said Dr Shayama Chona.

Praising the efforts of the NGO, the Minister encouraged the Team of Tamana to continue their efforts in the same direction. She also congratulated Dr.Shayama Chona and appreciated her visio
