NEERU ABROL HONOURED WITH OUTSTANDING WOMAN MANAGER AWARD

New Delhi, February 02: Ms Neeru Abrol, Director (Finance), National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has been awarded Outstanding Woman Manager in Public Sector Enterprises during SCOPE Excellence Awards 2009-10. Ms. Abrol received the award from Dr. Manmohan Singh, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on 31st January, 2012 in an impressive ceremony at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. This year, SCOPE, for the first time instituted an award for the “Outstanding Woman Manager in PSEs and Ms. Abrol is the first winner of this Award. Ms Abrol is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over three decades of rich experience in manufacturing industry, which also includes SAIL. She embodies an extensive experience in the field of financial management. She has also been recently awarded “Business Achiever” in Woman category by the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Ms. Abrol’s interactive approach to dealing with staff issues is extremely commendable. Under her stewardship, NFL has been continuously receiving ‘Excellent ‘ rating for MoU targets.
