MAJOR RESHUFFLE OF IPS OFFICERS IN DELHI POLICE
IPS officers has been transferred in Delhi Police. LG gave his approval of major change in positions at top level.Depender Pathak, 1990 batch IPS officer who was serving as the Joint CP South-western range has been promoted as the Special Commissioner of Police, Operations. Pathak is also the official spokesperson of Delhi Police. He would replace Special CP Sanjay Baniwal. Sanjay Baniwal, 1989 batch IPS officer has been moved from Special CP, Operations to Special CP, Women Safety, Airport and Modernisation.
Sanjay Singh, 1990 batch IPS officer will now take over as Special CP, Armed Police. He was shifted from Joint CP, Northern range on promotion. Robin Hibu, a 1993 batch IPS would be the new Joint CP, Operations.
Ravinder Yadav, Joint CP, Crime has been transferred. He has been posted as Joint CP, Eastern range. Praveer Ranjan would be the new Joint CP, Crime replacing Yadav. Ranjan, a 1993 batch IPS officer has been moved from Joint CP, Headquarters. R S Krishnia, a 1989 batch IPS officer will take over the charge of Special CP, Headquarters and Recruitment. Krishnia has been moved from Special CP, Armed Police.
Satish Golcha, a 1992 batch IPS has been moved from Joint CP, Eastern range to Joint CP, South-western range. Joint CP Vigilance, David Lalrinsanga has been moved to Joint CP, SPUWAC. Apart from these 10 Special CP and Joint CP level reshuffles, eight DCP and Additional CPs were also transferred. Rajeev Ranjan, DANIPS, a 1997 batch has been moved from DCP EOW to SO to Commissioner of Police. Pramod Singh Kushwah, a 1995 DANIPS officer, has been moved from DCP Special Cell to DCP 2nd battalion DAP.
