M3M India Champions Inclusive Growth with Pan-India CSR Footprint Across 22 States
In an industry dominated by legacy developers and publicly listed firms, M3M India has emerged as a standout — a first-generation, non-listed developer with a robust national presence. Beyond its reputation for large-scale real estate developments and urban transformation, the Group has embedded social sustainability into its core growth strategy.
Through its philanthropic arm, the M3M Foundation, the organisation has extended its reach to 22 states, 3 union territories, 85 districts, and over 871 villages, directly impacting 4.8 million lives. In key geographies including Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, and Odisha, the Foundation executes high-impact interventions across education, skill development, healthcare, and community resilience.
Established in 2019, the Foundation operates on the principle of enabling self-sufficiency through capacity building — shifting away from legacy charity models towards sustainable development outcomes. Its flagship programs — ‘Saakshar’, ‘Kartavya’, and ‘Kaushal Sambal’ — are structured around addressing educational inequity, humanitarian response, and employability enhancement, respectively.
Its environmental initiatives, including the plantation of over 500,000 trees and wildlife conservation activities, further demonstrate an integrated approach to ESG impact.
“Our vision of development goes beyond physical infrastructure, it is about social infrastructure that empowers communities,” said Pankaj Bansal, Director, M3M India.

With strategic partnerships across 40+ civil society organisations and government bodies, the Foundation’s initiatives are aligned with national development priorities and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Key impact metrics include 600,000 students supported, 1,000 academic scholarships awarded, and over 21 million meals distributed during emergencies, reinforcing M3M’s commitment to responsible growth and nation building.
