M G V K Bhanu IAS (Assam- Meghalaya 1985) previously served as Additional Chief Secretary to outgoing Chief Minister of Assam Tarun Gagoi, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Health & Family Welfare department Government of Assam.
