New Delhi: Hanish Yadav, a private person, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD)to Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu on contract basis for a period of five years or on co-terminus basis with the minister’s tenure, an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training in this regard.
