Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik served Odisha’s traditional ‘Pakhal” and Saga Bhaja to visited national leaders including former President and Former Prime Minister.
The VVIPs included Pranab Mukherjee, H D Deve Gowda, L K Advani and Sitaram Yechury.
The leaders had been to the state capital for release of ‘The Tall Man Biju Patnaik’ on 27th January.
He also interacted with the national dignitaries over the traditional Odia food — ‘Pakhala’, ‘Piaja Peetha’, ‘Saga Badi’, ‘Drumstick fry’ and ‘Chenna poda’ — served to them on the banana leaves in the lunch.
