BIMAL JULKA to be the new SECRETARY for Ministry of I&B

New Delhi:Bimal Julka IAS (MP:79) presently serving as Special Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of External Affairs  will  be new Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.Bimal Julka will replace Uday Kumar Varma IAS (MP:76).
