ONGC secures the 12thGreentech Safety Award in Gold category under the Petroleum Exploration Sector
New Delhi, Sept 06 : Maharatna ONGC secured the 12thGreentech Safety Award in Gold category under the Petroleum Exploration Sector. The award was given for the outstanding performance of the oil major’s Fire services in protecting ONGC operations all over the country from fire hazards.
S N Singh, IPS, ED-Chief Security was one of the Chief Guests in the inaugural session. In his thought provoking address he highlighted the need for invoking a culture of safety in all industrial activities, more so in oil sector.
