Jawhar Sircar ,CEO,Prasar Bharati recently got sentimental while addressing a gathering at Kolkata in honour of his late father Sh. Nil Ratan Sircar,this is what he posted on his FB wall,these are really a touching quotes by him.

“I felt very sentimental to address large gathering in honour of my Late father, Nil Ratan Sircar, at Chattagram Parishad in Birati near Kolkata. Proud to belong to Chittagong in Bangla Desh, though I have never seen this picturesque land of my forefathers. It is perhaps the only district that rose in armed revolt against the British, planted the National Flag, 17 years before rest of India. British forces then mercilessly wiped out a whole generation of its youth !”
