MCD employees wailing for salaries,Covid 19 spreading menace, Has Delhi Governance Crippled off ?

As MCD employees wailing for their unpaid salaries for months and Covid 19 spreading its wings very fast in the capital,it is strange to see that Bureaucracy involved have not paced themselves up to control these situations.

As everybody knows that mask are not the only alternative to control Covid situation as due to a big population of Delhi and mere handful of authorities to monitor it,the fact is it can’t be handled effectively and strategic lockdown or something more effective should be tried.

Delhi Government seems to be not able to control the rising Covid 19 cases which clearly indicate that the steps and strategy involved by the Kejriwal government to control the situation is not working and lot of people nowdays are losing their life to this deadly virus as hospitals lack ICU beds,a long waiting in private hospitals for people to get treatment.
