Maniraman and Loganathan representatives of World People’s Service Center from Tamil Nadu (Thiruvannamalai district), an organisation working for Leprosy, destitute, and Mental Illness people inspired by Mother Teresa’s work urges Youth of Delhi to come forward to help the needy.
As part of activities they visit different places in public, to attend to the ignored people. Approach them, speak to them and offer whatever they can like clothes, food etc. For people suffering from Leprosy they do first aid dressing and in extreme conditions, counsel them to nearby Homes available in that area.
The organisation is been inspired by Mother Terasa’s work and would like to encourage youth to offer kindness in any form to the needy people. The representative of the organisation Mr.Manimaran had been involved in this service from the age of 16 and get sense of satisfaction seeing people’s happiness and hope in their eyes.
Manimaran and his brother Loganathan have come to Delhi to do there service and awareness for 1 week. They visited Lodhi road, Sai baba Temple where they saw people with similar condition and offered whatever they could. Ms. Rajeshwari from Roshni (an NGO based in Delhi working for people with Mental Illness), guided them locally to offer there service as they were not familiar to Delhi.
