Madan Lal Khurana in ICU,vital parameters shows improvement,blood pressure settled says Dr.D.S.RANA,Chairman,Board of Management,Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

Madan Lal Khurana ,former Chief Minister of Delhi who was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH) on 18th July 2013 at 3 am underwent a brain surgery for controlling the bleeding inside the brain yesterday.His surgery took one hour and was conducted by Dr. Rajesh Acharya,Dr.Samir Kalra & Dr.Gaurav Jain Neurosurgeons at the Hospital.

According to D.S.RANA,Chairman ,Board of Management,SGRH he said “Currently Sh. Khurana is in ICU and his vital parameters are showing improvement.His blood pressure has settled.He is showing spontaneous activity in all four limbs and is responding to the treatment.The raised pressure of the brain has released and today,doctors are planning  to reduce ventilatory support gradually”.

Today morning ,L.K.Advani visited Madan Lal Khurana and enquired from doctors and family about his health.Advani was at the hospital for half an hour according to sources and yesterday Vijay Goel had visited the hospital to enquire about M.L.Khurana’s health.
