Shri Jigmet Takpa IFoS (JK 1990) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Shri Bishwanath Sinha IAS(KL 1992)
